I appreciated that it was clean and luxury, the staff were efficient and rooms were elegant.

The area was not very nice.

We really enjoyed the central location and how fairly clean the place was kept.

Everything was great, its location and facilities, plus free wi-fi.

The hotel was well-maintained and fairly clean inside, I loved it. The rooms with a comfortable decor. I found excellent Texas de Brazil restaurant an easy walk to the venue. I had the brunch there.

Everything was fabulous, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. The room was gorgeous with comfortable beds.

The hotel is fairly clean and reasonably spacious, has welcoming staff and fantastic location close to Beal street.

For 4 star hotel it was reasonably priced, I had delightful stay overall. Budget & cozy rooms with a king bed. Pleasant, phenomenal location near bars & restaraunt.

The staff were happy to help and the hotel was famous, we loved staying in Memphis. Professionalism of venue staff. Incredibly convenient location - 5 mins walk from a bus station. Service was great too. Great value for money compared to other properties, and spotless.

The hotel was reasonably large with an ideal location so close to Beale Street, downtown, restaurants. Our room with a king bed was well-appointed.

Sweet hotel, ever so helpful staff, well stocked room. Lots of supplies in the room : air conditioning, television and microwave. There was a very clean pool. What's mote - there was complimentary internet.

Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options - yogurt, hot waffles, tea, cookies and fresh fruit. Walking distance to the clean beach.

Great place to stay for a trip to Memphis. Really helpful staff, very peaceful location, recently renovated rooms, rich breakfast. The staff did all they can for a GOOD stay. The beds were extra comfy, I slept well.

It was worth its 4 stars. Just a 10-minute stroll to the center.

Good to have a bar in the lobby. We really loved the bed, it was comfortable. Attentive staff, especially concierge. For tea or coffee visit blues city cafe nearby.

Hotel's lobby was beautiful. Regards to your valet. The property was in the heart of the city. Booked table at Capriccio Grill, it's their onsite restaurant...

That refrigerator was missing.

The room was disappointing.

Capriccio Grill is within a walking distance of the hotel. If you plan to visit beale street, do n't pass this venue up. This was simply a great hotel

Excellent interior of the hotel. Las Margartias is located within 600 feet from the property. You should definitely explore Downtown Memphis district, it's worth it❤
